But really, the only thing that Sherlock probably wouldn't be able to deduce about him is what his life on Gallifrey/childhood/fatherhood was like (because canon is intentionally vague on that period). Fourth walling or no: Vaguely. He's met Arthur Conan Doyle before, but as it stands, he mostly thinks that it's a strange coincidence and alternate universes do strange things and the like. I think at most it'll be jabs at his name and maybe a couple of other small things.
