Kelly has very clear signs of psychological trauma. Flashes of anger, trigger words, trust issues. He's also more vocal against SERO than AGI. Though he seems to be against both, there's an obvious bias, especially since his triggers have to do with human experimentation. This leads me to believe that whatever this Edelweiss was, it wasn't necessarily up to the Hippocratic Oath. Or Geneva code.
