Okay, Sherlock's genius allows him to find the biggest secrets about people in the tiniest details. It's OOC for him to not take those in, so I thought a permissions post would be a good idea. If you want things kept from Sherlock, or if you'd prefer he couldn't find anything out/leave your character alone, please let me know and hopefully we can work something out.
As for fourth walling, I put something in the text box regarding that too. If you'd like to, I usually don't mind, especially since characters think he's the original Holmes. If it's direct fourth walling, I'd rather you didn't. But again, we can discuss it.
THANKS GUYS and sorry I didn't think to put this up ages ago.

Date: 2012-02-28 04:26 am (UTC)Deduction limit: Limitless. Basically France's history is in any history textbook so it's not like he can hide it well - just his status as a nation. Just be warned that blackmailing or "blackmailing" him with his pseudo-secret about his nation status, he will not cooperate. Batman did the same thing and told him he'd tell if France didn't behave like a good boy and... well. :|a France hasn't talked to him since then sob. I figure it would be fairly easy for Sherlock to figure out because he talks about past events as if he was there. Also he's publicly posted on the network to several people and talked about it. Go ahead and mention French history all you want, bro :|a France is totally OK with ranting/talking about any kind of history once you know.
Fourth walling or no: Yes, if you will permit me. France would know the books so he'd be utterly fascinated if he ever learned who Sherlock was. But he pretty much assumes (correctly) that he as a person doesn't exist in Sherlock's world but his history (as France the country) does, much like only Sherlock's life story exists in his as the books.
Character name: Jake Marshall
Deduction limit: I'd prefer you didn't bring up Damon Gant himself to Jake, because that'll just cause him to be a raging, snarling mess, but feel free to bring up that he's got a grudge against a dead man, he's broken the law before, he's got a dead brother, he has far too strong of a sense of justice for his own good, he's still heartbroken from his ex-girlfriend, he has a (forever unrequited if he can help it) crush on Re-l, all that jazz.
Fourth walling or no: Nah, not really anyway. He knows who Sherlock Holmes is but hasn't extensively read into the books. He'd basically just introduce himself, pleasure to meet your acquaintance, known about you, and then never really mention it again unless Sherlock decided to for one reason or another.
